If you've not already visited her site then please take a look - she loves crafts (especially anything that involves glitter, coffee filters and beads), lives in one of the most colourful, interesting houses I've ever seen and has an absolutely beautiful kitty, Lola. Do you know when you read a blog and you feel like you're listening to the writer talking to you rather than just reading a post? Yep, that's Peaches!
I've been a follower of Aunt Peaches for several years and one of the things I love the most is that she loves her readers to take part. What better way to do this than to make something and send it out to fellow readers?! That's exactly what the Valentines Swap is about! 2015 is the 5th year she's hosted the swap (thanks, Peaches!) and it's bigger and better than ever!
The rules are simple - you sign up, you receive 3 addresses of fellow Swappers, you get a little crafty and then send off your Valentines! Not long after you bid adieu to your creations you receive 3 back! Who doesn't like getting something through the letterbox?!
So to start off, take a look at the ones I sent out…
By the way, if you want to see the "how-to", have a look on my Guidecentral page - it's a great app that you can use to easily share tutorials (and earn a bit of money in the process!).
And here are the ones I received…
First through the letterbox - a postcard, note and sequinned card from Jane…
Then came this cute and colourful tag from a mystery sender…
And finally this epic creation! ALL the glitter! Thanks Sheila & family!
If you want to have a look at all of the other beautiful creations, look up #auntpeachesvalentineswap Instagram and Twitter!
Have you ever taken part in a blog-based swap?
